Fort Służew is a complex of three contemporary buildings with a stepped form, distinguished by harmony, class and comfort, and perfectly blending into their environment. The highest, 9-floor sections of the buildings are located at the meeting point of two streets – Dolina Służewiecka and ul. Nowoursynowska, and the lowest are adjacent to the already existing low rise buildings.
The buildings have a simple, yet modern form. Their brick facades are a reference to the architecture of the nearby Fort. Elegant arched entrances are inspired by the fort’s barracks. An illuminated fountain finished with granite adds to the ambience.
A wide courtyard is the heart of the Fort Służew complex. It will hold playgrounds, a large multi-purpose sports field, benches and bicycle racks. All that surrounded by greenery: decorative grass, bushes and hedges combined with the native trees.
Fort Służew is an exceptional development thanks to its integration into the historic site that served as inspiration for architects in designing details, facades and finishes.
The residential section consists of three buildings being erected at the same time with varying numbers of apartments:
- building A – 80 units
- building B – 189 units
- building C – 234 units
Additionally, for the residents’ convenience, buildings B and C will contain commercial premises.
Each of the buildings houses a two-storey underground garage, storage units and bicycle storage rooms. The residents’ safety will be ensured by a CCTV system, video intercoms and security guards. The lower sections of the building feature green roofs that add to its charm.
Fort Służew has been designed with utmost care of the tiniest detail and with consideration for the users’ comfort. The functional layout of the units will meet the most demanding expectations of the future residents.
The three buildings house apartments with a size of 40 to 144 m2. The units vary from cosy 1 bedroom homes to spacious 4 bedroom ones. The minimum height of the residential units is 2.8 m.
Every apartment is equipped with a loggia; additionally the highest floors will feature terraces, and the lowest – gardens. All apartments will be furnished with wooden windows.
Fort Służew offers a wide choice of residential units. Selected apartments feature large terraces and gardens, two bathrooms and a walk-in closet.
